Hibiscus care
Hibiscus care is a rewarding passion because hibiscus flowers are among the most beautiful flowers in the whole world.Hibiscus has over 200 species in its family.
Hibiscus (China rose) can be grown in the garden but also on pottery inside the house.
Because it is a tropical plant, warmth is one of the most important things. If the temperature changes are too often the leaves and the flowers begin to fall. If, during the night, the temperature decreases too much the buds will not bloom or the flowers will be too small.
However, a temperature that is too high will also affect the hibiscus in a negative way, especially when the flower is not enough watered.Watering the plant until the point of flooding will kill the roots and implicitly the plant.
Even if hibiscus is a tropical plant, it should not be kept under the straight light of sun, 2 or 3 hours are enough for blooming.
In order to prevent the roots from rotting you will need to use soil that is well drained.Soil should be rich in organic matter and well-moistened.Too often, plants are left in pots for too long and the soil becomes improper for them. This leads to damages of the root system and even the destruction of roots.
During the winter you should not fertilize your Hibiscus. Most plants are "asleep" during the winter, and do not need extra vitamins, or nutrients.
When you pay attention to Hibiscus care it will reward you with its flowers in every season.
